The Organizing Committee of the conference also accepts full-text articles for publication in the collection of scientific papers.
The collection of scientific papers is an official publication, which will include no more than 30 peer–reviewed materials.
The collection of articles will be published in the database of the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI), a scientific electronic library elibrary.ru ., it is assigned the international ISBN index, UDC, BBK, author's mark. The printed version of the collection will be sent to all speakers and listeners by Russian Post.
